Among our Clients are Russian and foreign entities featured in Forbes 200, Fortune Global 500, The Banker 1000: banks, state authorities, mass media, NGOs, IT companies, etc.
S&K Vertical’s attorneys have experience of successful representation before the highest Russian courts: the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court and the Supreme Commercial Court; quite a number of cases produced precedent-setting judgments.
A significant part of S&K Vertical’s work is dedicated to the legal support of cultural and socially important initiatives. The partners of the Office are the members of the supervisory boards in a number of foundations and non-governmental organizations in Russia and abroad.
To date, more than 50 admitted attorneys and legal professionals work in S&K Vertical. The offices are located in Moscow and St. Petersburg; since 2011, S&K Vertical has a representative office in Beijing, China. The London office was opened in 2020.
