Project experience:

Representing in Russian courts a group of companies comprising major players from various industries (such as mining, hydrometallurgy and pyrometallurgy) in a dispute with a major Russian bank; advising and coordinating proceedings in foreign jurisdictions - in London (LCIA), and the courts of Armenia and Cyprus. The total value of claims amounted to more than $380 million.


Protection of assets of a large IT holding specializing in software and hardware products in disputes arising out of a corporate conflict with the former business partner. The amount of protected assets exceeded $12 million.


Representing the patent holder in disputes with major corporations - mobile devices manufacturers; protection of the client’s intellectual property rights.


Representing the interests of one of the largest online service providers in a practice- forming dispute with a regulatory authority.
Structuring the Russian businesses of one of the Europe's largest publishing groups, including advice on corporate, labor, migration, and intangible asset transfer issues.


Representing a foreign client in a series of disputes on the recovery of bad debts and losses related to the dissipation of assets of the borrower and guarantor. The project also included advising the client on processes in foreign jurisdictions. The total claims amounted to more than $60 million.


Comprehensive support and structuring of a transaction involving credit financing for the acquisition of a group of compenis with total assets valued at more than $10 million.


Protecting the interests of a major IT-company in a dispute over recovery of losses under a contract for supply of hardware and software systems, caused by termination of the right to use the software necessary for the functioning of the systems. The amount of protected assets exceeded $450 thousand.
