- Ivan participated in the deal structuring to resolve the key corporate conflict of the year 2020 in Russia. The lawyers of S&K Vertical managed to secure the most advantageous position in more than 20 court disputes, which resulted in a settlement and signing of amicable agreements regarding mineral raw material assets worth RUB 19 billion;
- Ivan represented the interests of a large Russian bank (top 15 Russian banks by net assets) in the insolvency case of one of the largest developer of infrastructure in the North-Western Region of Russia with a creditor registry size of more than RUB 7 billion.
REPRESENTING THE INTERESTS OF A LARGE RUSSIAN BANK
- Ivan represented the interests of large retail space owners in commercial disputes for a sum exceeding RUB 1 billion;

- Ivan supported the startup activities regarding mobile apps, including structured the partnership between the start uppers and investors, with the estimated value of the project being RUB 500 million;
SUPPORT OF STARTUP ACTIVITIES
- Ivan represented the interests of a stevedoring company in St. Petersburg with assets worth more than RUB 700 million in a dispute over the results of privatization;
CHALLENGING THE RESULTS OF PRIVATIZATION
- Ivan structured the entry of an investor into a joint venture for the development of an elite suburb of St. Petersburg, the asset value is more than RUB 700 million;
- Ivan represented the interests of one of the beneficiaries in the course of a corporate conflict within a bank which was among the top 10 credit institutions by return on assets;
- Ivan represented the interests of a foreign organization providing financial analysis services in conflict with a top 5 Russian bank by value of assets;
- Ivan represented the interests of an investor in a conflict with the former partner in a development project carried out in an elite area of the Moscow region, the value of the disputed asset was more than RUB 700 million;
- Ivan represented the interests of a logistics company in a dispute over division of business with the foreign partner;
- Ivan represented the interests of a Chinese supplier in a number of disputes with the supervisory authorities of the Russian Federation;
- Ivan provided legal supervision for the bankruptcy procedure on the largest developer in St. Petersburg;
- Ivan represented the interests of a foreign bank (top 30 CIS banks), in a dispute with Russian borrowers and their creditors in bankruptcy proceedings on the Russian borrowers;
- Ivan represented the interests of the bank (top 30 Russian banks by net profit), during the bankruptcy proceedings on the large corporate borrowers of the bank;
- Ivan represented the interests of the trademark owner in a dispute with the former senior managers regarding the transfer of trademarks.
