Aleksandra Goncharova
Aleksandra Goncharova is a project manager of the Attorneys at Law's private client practice. She specialises in complex family disputes, intellectual property transactions and the prospective defence of clients' interests in intellectual property law. She has considerable experience of providing legal support to non-profit organisations, including creative collectives, and to individual members of the creative professions.




Project experience:
- Legal support for MusicAeterna music ensemble under the artistic direction of Teodor Currentzis and overseeing the launch of the Radio House cultural space in St Petersburg;
- Representing a prominent athlete in a family dispute across three jurisdictions, taking into account the specifics of the legal regulation in each jurisdiction;
- Defending the interests of the owner of a website in a dispute with a person illegally using a similar design by entering into a pre-trial agreement;
- Legal support in Russia and abroad for the creative and other activities of a prominent musician, including negotiation of contracts with various foreign music platforms and support for construction of the client's personal facilities abroad;
- Arranging the launch in Russia of activities of a major Italian company specialising in educational and investment activities, including support for setting up a subsidiary company and the client's website, advising the client on various Russian law matters;
- Legal support for the creative activities of a prominent Russian author and Influencer, including support for the client in concluding contracts for the adaptation and theatrical production of the client's works, concluding contracts for the creation and placement of the client's content on social media;
- Defending the client's interests in the former spouse's bankruptcy proceedings in the sale of the client's and former spouse's assets in bankruptcy proceedings;
- Legal support for a Russian citizen to obtain investment citizenship in the context of currency and banking sanctions;
- Legal support for the launch of an international film festival in Russia, including drafting a bilingual agreement with the US citizen chairman of the film festival jury.
