- representation of the owners of large shopping facilities in disputes with counterparties for an amount exceeding RUB 1.4 billion;
- Representation of a company in structuring a transaction for the conversion of a claim into investment in the construction of a cottage village in a posh suburb of St. Petersburg. The amount of realized property exceeded USD 6 mln;
- Representation of the owner of land plots designated for commercial development in a posh suburb of Moscow in a dispute with a bank regarding the issue of forfeiture of the land plots (value of the project EUR 10 mln);
- Representation of a major development company in Russia specializing in the construction and revamping of real estate by order from the state in a dispute related to a penalty for delayed execution of contractual obligations, the lawsuit amount exceeding USD 10 mln;
- Legal support for one of the largest developers of Zenit-Arena stadium and of large office and residential complexes in St. Petersburg and Moscow;
- Representation of a leading organization engaged in complex design of engineering and transportat infrastructure, as well as sports and social facilities, in a dispute with the Federal Antitrust Service, the disputed amount exceeded USD 1 mln;
- representation of a federal trade network in a dispute with the Department of Land Resources of Moscow as to the obligation to transfer ownership of a land plot under a shopping center;
- representation of the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in property disputes with commercial entities and state bodies, including those related to contesting tenders and returning the budgetary funds paid in the course of the construction of the City Court in St. Petersburg;
- representation of a foreign investor in structuring PPP transactions aimed at establishment of a network of innovative medical clinics in the regions of Russia;
- representation of creditors in resolving insolvency cases by means of a settlement agreement providing for the transfer of real estate;
- representation of the receiver of a developer in proceedings, interaction with equity holders and government agencies;
- representation of the claimant in a dispute with state bodies regarding the vindication of real estate objects that were alienated in the course of a crime; the precedent-setting position of the Russian Federation Supreme Commercial Court has been rendered as to the possibility of reclaiming a real estate object after its modification;
- challenging the Decree of the Government of St. Petersburg to provide land for construction purposes, which Decree violated the rights of the owner of a neighboring land plot;
- legal support in the matter of changing the permitted use of a large land plot in the territory of the Leningrad Region;
- representation of the interests of a bank in a dispute with the pledgor regarding the illegal division of the pledged item and its termination.
